TD Investments Limited (TDI) is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, to operate as a Cypriot Investment Firm, under
License number CIF 066/06 dated 15/06/2006. TDI is also a member of the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund.
The terms of TDI's licence allow it to deal in:
- Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more Financial instruments*
- Execution of orders on behalf of clients*
- Dealing on own account
- Underwriting of financial instruments and/or placing of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis
- Placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis
Additionally, TDI is licensed to provide the following ancillary services:
- Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments for the account of clients, including custodianship and related services such as cash/collateral management.
- Granting credits or loans to an investor to allow him to carry out a transaction in one or more financial instruments, where the firm granting the credit or loan is involved in the transaction.
- Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services
- Services related to underwriting
* TDI is licensed to receive, transmit and execute both for own account and on account of its clients, all financial instruments as stipulated in Annex 1 section C of Directive 2004/39/EC. As for the other licensed services, TDI provides financial services in respect of financial instruments according to the limitations of financial instruments and other requirements set up by the license.
